Help Saja and Tia safely move to the UK for postgraduate study and a new beginning
“Hey my little Tia…I don't even know if you’ll ever remember these words, but mama needs to say them.
You were born in the middle of a war.
The sky was full of fire and fear, and the ground shook beneath us but the moment I held you in my arms, everything stopped.
There were nights I cried myself to sleep…
Only you were there… so tiny, but so powerful.
In that moment, I knew what love truly meant. I knew what strength looked like and it was you.”
Breakdown of Saja's education expenses
For Palestinian students, travel visas usually aren't issued unless the student can prove they have the financial means to cover their costs. This means Saja and others like her must prove they have the full amount of education costs available in their bank accounts before they can apply for their visa.
With Saja's course due to start in January, the timeline is tight. Please give whatever you can to help us get closer to our goal.
